Returns & Refunds
If an issue occurs due to our error — such as receiving a defective item or the wrong product — please contact us at [your email here] to arrange a return. Items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached. Once approved, we will offer a full refund or exchange. Returns are only accepted within 14–30 days of purchase.
Please note that sale items are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If the error is on the customer’s end (e.g. wrong size, colour, or change of mind), you have a 12-hour window from purchase to request a change. After this, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
We may offer exchanges at our discretion for sizing or preference, provided items are in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
