Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Tracking Your Order

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active.
Customs & Import Duties

Delayed Deliveries

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that shipping details can be changed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your parcel has been delivered, Boujelle cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us on the contact page, and we will assist by contacting the shipping carrier and investigating the issue.
Multiple Packages
In some cases, your order may arrive in separate shipments. If this occurs, each package will have its own tracking information.
